Community guidelines

Welcome to Kit.Club — a community where people share skincare routines, experiences, and knowledge. Our goal is to create a space where members can learn from each other, explore skincare confidently, and share authentic routines ("Kits").

To keep the community helpful and respectful for everyone, please follow these guidelines.

1. Be respectful

Treat other members with respect. We encourage discussion and different opinions, but we do not allow:

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or discriminatory remarks
  • Personal attacks or insults
  • Unlawful, threatening, abusive, and/or inappropriate behavior

Healthy conversations are welcome. Hostility is not.

2. Share honest experiences

Kit.Club is built on real user experiences. When sharing reviews or routines:

  • Be honest about your experience
  • Do not post misleading information
  • Avoid exaggerated or deceptive claims

Authenticity helps the community make better skincare decisions.

3. No medical claims

Skincare discussions are welcome, but the community should not be used to provide medical advice. Please do not:

  • Claim to diagnose skin conditions
  • Present personal opinions as medical advice
  • Promote treatments for medical conditions

Members should consult qualified professionals for medical concerns.

4. Keep content relevant

Please keep posts related to the topics that make Kit.Club useful. Appropriate content includes:

  • Skincare routines ("Kits")
  • Product experiences
  • Ingredient discussions
  • Skincare questions
  • Personal skincare journeys

Content unrelated to skincare may be removed.

5. No spam or self-promotion

To maintain a high-quality community, do not post:

  • Repetitive promotional content
  • Advertisements
  • Referral links or external promotions
  • Mass-posted comments

If you represent a brand or business, please be transparent and respectful of community standards.

6. Respect intellectual property

Only post content that you have the right to share. This includes comments and written reviews.

Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.

7. Protect privacy

Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share:

  • Personal contact information
  • Private conversations
  • Identifiable personal data without consent

8. No harmful or unsafe advice

Do not promote unsafe skincare practices. Content that encourages the following may be removed:

  • Dangerous DIY treatments
  • Misuse of products
  • Unsafe ingredient combinations

9. Reporting content

If you see content that violates these guidelines, you can report it. Our moderation team may review and remove content that violates these rules.

10. Moderation

Kit.Club reserves the right to remove posts, edit content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines or disrupt the platform.

Our goal is to maintain a safe, helpful, and inclusive skincare community.

Kit.Club is built on curiosity, experimentation, and shared learning. We encourage members to:
